1. Our Services

Synorix Solutions provides technology and AI-driven services to businesses and individuals as described on our website. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any engagement will be outlined in a separate proposal, quote, or service agreement provided to the client before work begins. These Terms apply in addition to, not in place of, any such agreement.

2. Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not use our website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it, or interfere with any other party's use of it. We reserve the right to restrict access to our website for any user who violates these Terms.

3. Payment Terms

• Pricing for Services will be provided in a quote or invoice prior to work commencing.
• Payment terms (e.g., upfront deposits, monthly billing, project milestones) will be specified per engagement.
• Late payments may result in suspension of Services until the account is brought current.
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy or a specific service agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access (e.g., to accounts, systems, data sources, or content) required for Synorix Solutions to perform the Services. Delays caused by incomplete or late information from the client may affect project timelines. For AI Automation, Data Analytics, and AI Integration engagements, clients are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to share any data provided to us for processing.

5. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for them (e.g., a website, a custom automation, or a software application), unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Synorix Solutions retains ownership of any pre-existing tools, frameworks, templates, AI models, or proprietary methods used in delivering the Services.
• Clients may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of any underlying tools, frameworks, or AI models not created exclusively for them.

6. AI and Automation Services

For AI Automation, AI Integration & Consulting, and AI-Powered Data Analytics engagements, clients acknowledge that AI-driven outputs (predictions, automated decisions, generated content, or insights) are provided on a best-effort basis and should be reviewed by the client before being relied upon for critical business decisions. Synorix Solutions is not liable for outcomes resulting from automated processes operating as designed but producing results the client did not anticipate.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business, technical, or personal information shared during the course of the engagement, and to use it only for purposes related to the Services provided.

8. Data Protection & Security

Synorix Solutions takes reasonable measures to protect client data and systems in accordance with industry best practices. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Clients are responsible for maintaining their own data backups unless a backup service is explicitly included in their plan. See our Privacy Policy for more on how we handle data.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Synorix Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

10. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high availability for support and monitoring services (e.g., automation monitoring, social media management), we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for outages caused by third-party providers (including AI/cloud platform providers), internet service disruptions, or events beyond our reasonable control.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing service agreement with written notice, subject to the terms specified in the applicable service agreement (e.g., notice period, outstanding payments). Synorix Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate Services immediately in cases of non-payment or misuse.

12. Third-Party Services

Some Services may involve third-party tools, platforms, or vendors (e.g., cloud hosting providers, AI/ML platform providers, payment processors, social media platforms). Synorix Solutions is not responsible for the performance, availability, or policies of third-party services outside our direct control.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage clients to review this page periodically.

14. Governing Law
